MY JOURNEY

Hi there, I’m Sorcha! In case we haven’t met before, allow me to share a little about myself.

I’m a Crystal Energy Therapist, Transformational Coach, Rahanni Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, Ceremonial Cacao Facilitator and Alchemy Sound Therapist in training.

I’m a lover of crystals, the moon and angels, and most importantly, I’m a wife, a mum, and a believer in the magic of the universe!

I've always been highly intuitive and sensitive to energy, with a deep connection to spirituality. Throughout my life, I have carried an inner knowing I often can’t put into words but simply put, I just somehow ‘know’ and ‘feel’ things.

In 2009, I found myself lost with no real sense of who I was. I was experiencing crippling anxiety and panic attacks, and I felt broken. But I’ve since come to know I wasn’t broken at all (none of us are), and I was simply being cracked open. And I guess that’s when my spiritual awakening began.

Soon after, I found Reiki and meditation, and throughout the past sixteen years, my path has taken many twists and turns. But through my own deep healing journey, I discovered something unexpected: a calling, a passion, and a purpose that led me here - to the work I do now and the person I’ve become.

I’ve lived through anxiety, overwhelm, burnout and breaking down - but I’ve also lived the rising! And that’s what I am here to help you do: RISE. Rise into your fullest self, heal deep wounds, remember who you came here to be, and empower you to live life more on your own terms.

It is because of my own experiences and all I have learned, that I can hold this space for you. Whether you come for a 1:1 session, or attend one of my events or retreats, here you’ll find a safe and nurturing space to be held, to be heard and to be seen. A space to find your voice, your truth, and your purpose.

My work is intuitive and heart-led, and through it, my hope is that you begin to know your worth, release what’s holding you back, expand your mindset and self-belief, so that you can begin living a more calm, peaceful and fulfilled life. A life that feels good.
