Refunds & Exchanges

We hope you love your order, but if for any reason you are unhappy, you may return items within 14 days of delivery in accordance with your EU consumer rights.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

  • Natural variations: Crystals are naturally formed; slight differences in size, colour, shape, and texture are normal and are not considered defects.

  • Condition of items: Refunds will be processed only for items returned in reasonable condition. Items that are broken, chipped, or otherwise damaged due to misuse (e.g., being dropped) may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Refund process: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of the items being received by us.

  • Packaging for returns: Please package all items carefully to prevent accidental damage during transit.

Digital Products

  • Digital Products / Downloads: There are no returns or refunds available for digital downloadable items purchased from www.wellnesswithsorcha.com

  • Online Courses: It is possible to get a refund on a booking for any online course/workshop/event if you can no longer attend provided you give 5 days’ notice prior to the start date. Once courses have started, no refunds are available.
