Physical Products
All orders are shipped with care via An Post. Delivery options and estimated time frames are as follows:
Ireland & Northern Ireland Shipping:
Standard Shipping: 3–5 working days within Ireland.
Express Shipping: 1–2 working days within Ireland.
Free Local Collection: 2-3 working days (available in Dublin only).
International Shipping:
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
Customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Postage delays:
Delivery time frames are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
No refund will be issued for delays caused by postal services or customs clearance.
Lost or returned parcels:
If a parcel is returned due to being uncollected, refused, or undeliverable, we will contact you. A new shipping fee will be required to resend the parcel.
If a parcel is lost in transit, we will follow An Post’s claims process before issuing a replacement or refund.
Damaged items in transit:
All parcels are packaged carefully to minimise risk of damage.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please provide photo evidence as soon as possible.
In some cases, we may ask for the item to be returned for inspection. Reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Digital Products Delivery
Digital Products / Downloads: Digital products including audio files, videos, meditations, ebooks and workbook materials, are delivered immediately to your inbox once you place an order in the online store. Please check your order confirmation where you will find an attachment to download your digital product.
Online courses / subscriptions: Course content will be delivered weekly/monthly as outlined in the course information provided to you on sign up.
There are no refunds on digital products / courses due to the upfront nature of these products.
