1. Can I return or exchange my order?

We hope you love your crystals, but if for any reason you’re not completely happy, you can return items within 14 days of delivery in line with your EU consumer rights.

• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we made an error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

• Crystals are formed naturally in the earth. Variations in size, colour, shape, or texture should be expected.

• Refunds are issued via your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.

• Please package items carefully to avoid damage during transit.

Note: Items that are broken, chipped, or damaged due to misuse (e.g., dropping) may not be eligible for a refund.

2. How long does delivery take?

We use An Post for all deliveries. Estimated times:

• Standard Shipping (Ireland): 3–5 working days

• Express Shipping (Ireland): 1–2 working days

• UK Shipping: 5-10 working days. Customs, duties, import taxes and/or additional fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

• EU Shipping: Varies by destination and customs; duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and can’t be guaranteed. No refunds are available for delays caused by postal services or customs.

3. What if my parcel is lost, returned, or damaged?

• Uncollected or undeliverable parcels: We’ll contact you in the event an item isn’t collected. Please be aware a new shipping fee is required to resend.

• Lost parcels: We will work with you to resolve any issues as best we can. We follow An Post’s claims process before issuing a replacement or refund.

• Damaged items in transit: If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo as soon as possible. We may ask for the item to be returned for inspection. Reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed.

4. Are all the crystals the same as the pictures?

Each crystal is naturally formed, which means every stone is unique. Your set will be similar to the images shown, but size, shape, colour, and surface texture may vary. This is part of the natural beauty and energy of your Soul Joy crystals.

5. How are the crystals packaged?

Each set comes in a natural cotton pouch and includes a guidance card to help you connect with your crystals and set intentions. All packaging is eco-friendly and sustainable, honouring the earth that gives us these beautiful stones.
