Intuitive Energy Healing

Since first discovering Reiki in 2010, energy healing has transformed my life in the most profound ways. I am truly honoured to share this powerful work with my clients and witness the shifts, the softening, the release, and the transformation that it brings to their lives too.

In each session I work intuitively, which means no two sessions are ever the same. I tune into your energy and let it guide me, and depending on what session you book and what’s needed in the moment, I may use Reiki, Crystal Therapy, Sound, or a blend of them all. 

These sessions are deeply restorative and are designed to help you release energetic blocks, clear stagnant energy, cut cords, and bring you back into mind, body, and soul alignment. I create a safe space where you can relax deeply, reconnect with yourself, and welcome in clarity, balance, and calm.

    CRYSTAL ENERGY THERAPY

    I adore crystals! They are beautiful gifts from Mother Earth, each one holding a unique healing energy. I have been working with crystals for a long time both personally and through my work, and over the years, I’ve witnessed how powerfully they can support healing for mind, body, and soul.

    These sessions are deeply intuitive, guided by your energy and can help with emotional release, mental clarity, relaxation, physical healing. Crystal healing also helps to remove negative or stagnant energy, restore harmony, and reconnect you to your inner self.

    Reiki is a beautiful and ancient Japanese healing modality that has numerous health benefits. During a Reiki session, I channel universal life force energy to you to help rebalance your energy field and chakra system, bringing harmony to the mind, body and soul.

    Reiki is a deeply relaxing experience that can calm the nervous system and helps to reduce anxiety, stress, overwhelm and burnout. It can also help to improve sleep, clarity, focus and support your overall mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.

  • RAHANNI HEALING

    *COMING SOON* Rahanni is a high-vibrational, heart-based healing modality that works on a deeply emotional and spiritual level. Meaning of one heart, it helps to balance masculine and feminine energies and promotes inner peace, love, and healing. It works at a higher frequency than other energy healing modalities, and connects with Ascended Masters and Archangels to release fear-based thoughts and emotions, allowing the heart to open and healing to flow. 1:1 sessions will be available to book soon.

    Ceremonial Cacao is a sacred plant medicine which opens up the heart space and guides us to connect with our deepest truth. When we sit with Mama Cacao, her gentle medicine weaves through the layers of our being as she holds us in warmth and softness, reminding us of the inner wisdom we carry within. My journey with Mama Cacao began in 2022, and she has since become a sacred part of everything I do. She grounds us, holds us, and creates space for healing, emotional balance, growth, release, and transformation.
