Reiki Level 1 is all about becoming more connected to yourself and deepening your own spiritual journey. You will be introduced to Dr. Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Level 1 including energy, self-healing, the aura, chakra system and the magic of Reiki. The day includes:

• A beautiful guided heart opening cacao ceremony

• Reiki infused meditations

• Reiki healing

• Introduction to Reiki Level 1

• History of Reiki & Dr Usui 

• Introduction to chakras and energy blockages

• Aura clearing

• Energy protection

• Grounding 

• Learning self healing and Reiki hand positions

• Reiki Level 1 attunement with the first ray of Reiki

• Reiki Level 1 training manual for you to take home and further your learning

• Certified training in Reiki L1 to help you become more connected with yourself, self-heal and channel Reiki to family/friends if you wish (please note, Level 1 does not permit you to work on the general public or to work as a Reiki practitioner). 

• My Reiki training is in accordance with all RFI guidelines.
